Your Purchase has power
Our Impact
Through our "Your Purchase Has Power" program, Vivus Green has proudly supported charities like Mary’s House, donating more than 30,000 detergent sheets in 2024 alone to organisations helping those in need. This program has also contributed to breast cancer initiatives and homelessness relief, reflecting our commitment to creating a positive impact on both the planet and its people.
We are deeply grateful to our customers. Your purchases make it possible for us to support such important charities and provide hope, care, and practical assistance to those who need it most. Together, we’re making a meaningful difference for families and communities in need. Thank you for
joining us in this mission.
Supporting Women & Children
Mary's House Services
Vivus Green is proud to support Mary’s House Services, a not-for-profit, grassroots organisation dedicated to helping women and their children escape domestic and family violence. In Australia, the prevalence of domestic violence is deeply concerning: 11.3% of adults (2.2 million) have experienced violence from a partner, and 5.9% (1.1 million) have endured violence from a boyfriend, girlfriend, or date. These statistics highlight the urgent need for safe spaces and support services for those affected.
Established in 2016 to address a gap in services in Sydney’s northern suburbs, Mary’s House has grown to assist clients from across Australia. Operating without government funding, Mary’s House relies entirely on community support to provide vital resources. Its Women’s and Children’s Refuge offers a safe, temporary home with immediate critical care essentials and specialist social work to help women rebuild their lives. In 2020, the organisation expanded to include a Community Outreach Centre, which supports both refuge and community clients with casework, legal and
financial guidance, counseling, and therapeutic programs.
Mary’s House is also committed to raising awareness about domestic violence, educating the public on the dynamics of abusive relationships, and advocating for societal change to create a safer, more
compassionate future for everyone.

Pop In
As part of the Your Purchase Has Power Program, Vivus Green has donated products to Pop In, a community hub in the Southern Highlands that provides a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space for women and children threatened or affected by domestic violence and abuse. Pop In offers drop-in services, practical support, and access to essential resources to help women rebuild their lives free from violence and control. The centre operates with kindness, dignity, and respect, ensuring every woman feels supported regardless of her background or
circumstances. Through this partnership, Vivus Green’s eco-friendly cleaning products are made available in Pop In’s community pantry, allowing women who visit the centre to take home safe, low-tox, and sustainable essentials for their families as they work toward stability and independence.
FOWAS/Wingecarribee Animal Shelter
As part of the Your Purchase Has Power Program, Vivus Green has donated eco- friendly laundry sheets to the Wingecarribee Animal Shelter, with the support of Friends of the Wingecarribee Animal Shelter (FOWAS). FOWAS is a community- based, not-for-profit organisation that supports the Shelter in caring for, enriching and rehoming displaced dogs and cats throughout the Southern Highlands. Through fundraising, donations, and volunteer work, FOWAS provides vital assistance such as veterinary care, enrichment activities, and facility improvements that help animals find loving homes. Vivus Green’s laundry sheets will be used within the shelter to maintain a clean and healthy environment for both animals and staff — reducing waste and replacing harsh chemicals with safe, sustainable alternatives.
