Refund policy

Our refund policy at Vivus Green means we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Your feedback is always appreciated so please tell us why you are unsatisfied so we can gain a better understanding of the issue.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is damaged please send us photos in your email. 

Refunds

Your refund will go back on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
